Frontline Recruitment, the careers specialist, is set to increase staff numbers by over 30 per cent after recording unprecedented demand for temporary staff.

The firm, which employs over 40 staff across six offices is looking to take on seven more people over coming weeks as more and more growing companies look to staff up.

Frontline’s growth is across the board; in Derby, Frontline is looking to double its city centre presence to six staff; in Mansfield it the company is set to take on two more careers specialists, whilst in Leicester it will take its number to six staff.

Meanwhile, numbers in Frontline’s Hull office will grow to four people with the addition of a further recruitment consultant.

Frontline’s recruitment drive comes on the back of record levels of enquiries and people placed into jobs.

Tony Wilmot, director at Frontline Recruitment, said: “This year we’ve seen a 10% increase in enquiries for temporary staff. We know this is down to our high levels of compliance with new regulation such as the Modern Slavery Act – because new clients are telling us just that.

“In the last quarter alone we’ve placed 935 new candidates into jobs – that’s a rise of 20% from 785 in 2015. Our client base is up 5% year-on-year, and the number of new clients we’ve won is up 32% from 54 to 71.

“We’ve become the go-to recruitment specialist for businesses who want peace of mind when they’re hiring temporary workers – and our plans to expand the team will only reinforce that.”

Frontline Recruitment has offices in Derby, Hull, Leicester, Mansfield, Nottingham and Weymouth. In May the firm promoted David Essam to General Manager and it continues to attract the very best in recruitment talent.
