Frontline Recruitment Limited was established in September 2000 by it’s still current owners Tony Wilmot and Elliot Kidd.
Frontline Recruitment is a privately owned business specifically designed to provide Recruitment Solutions right to the front line of where businesses need people.
Frontline Recruitment is made up of 3 divisions each specializing in it’s own recruitment markets;
Temporary & Contract Services Division (est. 2000)
Permanent & Professional Division (est. 2005)
Corporate Solutions Division – Specializes in providing managed “onsite” fully outsourced recruitment solutions (est. 2007)
Frontline very quickly established itself as a supplier of choice at each of it’s operational locations. It is our continued aim & goal that in any business dealings we have, we should strive to leave the recipient with the following feelings, message, signal and experience with Frontline of;

This has proven to be the back bone of success for us, don’t just believe us though? In 2006 we volunteered and opened our doors to the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) for them to fully audit our processes and procedures to ensure we met the highest standards, if successful we stood to gain the REC’s coveted Gold Standard.
The audit scheme – run by the REC, the trade association for the UK’s £25 billion+ recruitment industry – is the most comprehensive of it’s kind, offering official endorsements to those recruitment agencies that run their businesses lawfully and ethically. Well, we broke all the records and became the 1st recruiter ever to pass the modified assessment with a 100% score, to this day that still stands.
We will continue to improve upon our standards, aims and goals by providing opportunities expanding our network of offices, expanding our Corporate Solutions and Permanent & Professional Divisions, we forecast to see sales growth from £10m to £15m from 2008 to 2011.
