Frontline Recruitment is recruiting Warehouse Operatives (Night Shift) on behalf of our client, a leading parcel distribution centre based in Bulwell, Nottingham. Key Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Operative (Night Shift), your duties will include:

• Sorting parcels ready for next-day delivery.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Scanning parcels using handheld scanning devices.
• Moving, organising and storing parcels within the warehouse.
• Checking labels and barcodes to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Following all company health & safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements: 

To be successful in this Warehouse Operative (Night Shift) role, you should have:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work night shifts on a regular basis.
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and lifting parcels.
• Reliability and excellent timekeeping.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail when checking parcel labels and barcodes.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Start: 10:30pm
• Finish: When all work has been completed (typically between 8:00am and 9:00am)
• Weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) also available for those looking for additional hours.
