Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts

• Week 1: 6:00am – 3:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break and two paid tea breaks)
• Week 2: 1:00pm – 10:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break and two paid tea breaks)

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (10-week Temp to Perm)

Key Responsibility:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting warehouse operations including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control
• Picking, packing, and preparing materials for field installation teams
• Organising stock and carrying out inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations
• Following all company Health & Safety procedures and warehouse policies

Requirements:

To be successful in this Warehouse Operative role, you should have:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience (preferred but not essential)
• A good level of physical fitness due to the manual nature of the role
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
• Forklift Truck (FLT) experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points (essential)
