Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Picker Packer on behalf of our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business based in Nether Heyford, Northampton (NN7). Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their warehouse team with reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your daily duties will include:

• Accurately picking customer orders using warehouse picking systems
• Packing products securely to ensure they arrive safely with customers
• Preparing orders for dispatch within agreed deadlines
• Sorting parcels and organising stock within the warehouse
• Using warehouse systems to confirm order completion and stock movements
• Following instructions carefully while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
• Following all company health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

To be successful in this Picker Packer role, you should have:

• Previous warehouse or picking and packing experience (beneficial but not essential)
• The ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• A reliable and punctual approach with a strong work ethic
• The ability to meet daily productivity targets
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves standing for long periods and regular heavy lifting
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
• Availability to work full-time on a rotating 5 out of 7-day schedule
