Job Description:

Frontline Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to work in Annesley.

The successful candidate would be responsible for processing sales orders, liaising with customers, and working closely with production to fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.

  • Report to the Operations Director.
  • Process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Confirm orders and manage the order process and identify potential issues where required.
  • Work alongside the sales team to provide support in administrative tasks.

Hours of work will be days and will be confirmed.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent keyboard / accurate data entry skills.
  • High attention to detail.

  • Annesley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
