ROLE: Food Production Operative
LOCATION: Leicester, LE4
HOURS: Day shift, various start times
PAY: £12.21 per hour

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a food manufacturer based in Leicester (LE4), who is looking to build a reliable team of Food Production Operatives to support its growing operations.

THE ROLE

• Assist with food production processes, ensuring products meet quality standards
• Accurately pack and label goods ready for distribution
• Operate machinery and follow production line procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment
• Adhere to all health and safety and food hygiene regulations

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable and committed, with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with manual and active work
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous food production or warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Due to the site’s location (LE4), having access to your own transport is beneficial
• No formal qualification required
