About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of our multi-channel marketing strategy, working closely with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that promote our industry-leading products and services. You’ll play a vital role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Promote our full range of products and services to global markets
• Analyse and evolve brand strategy to maximise market impact
• Use data analytics to inform decision-making and track campaign performance
• Lead corporate communications and public relations efforts
• Work collaboratively across departments to align messaging and goals
• Manage and mentor a Marketing Assistant
• Oversee all marketing activity from concept to delivery

About You

We’re looking for a confident and creative marketing leader with the ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver campaigns.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role (ideally within manufacturing, tech, or engineering sectors)
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with marketing data tools
• Experience managing people and projects
