Frontline Recruitment Weymouth is seeking Production Operatives to join our client near Dorchester, DT2.

Due to the location, personal transportation is required.

Positions Available:

2 x Full-Time Operatives (Band C):

• Hours: 45 per week (Jul-Dec)
• Shift: Morning
• Pay: £12.80/hr
• Contract: Permanent
• Purpose: To operate and monitor production and/or warehouse equipment as per the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to achieve product that is within internal and external specifications and within critical control points (CCP’s).
• 1 x Fixed Term Operative:
• Shift: Late
• Pay: £12.80/hr
• Hours: 45 per week (Jul-Dec)
• Contract: Fixed-term
• Purpose: To operate and monitor production and/or warehouse equipment as per the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to achieve product that is within internal and external specifications and within critical control points (CCP’s)

1 x Temp to Perm Operative (Band B)

• Shift: Morning
• Pay: £12.48/hr.
• Hours: 45 per week (Jul-Dec)
• Contract: Temp to Perm
• Purpose: To operate and monitor production equipment as per the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to achieve product that is within internal and external specifications.

5 x Temp to Perm Operative (Band A – Full time):

• Shift: Morning
• Pay: £12.05/hr
• Hours: 45 per week (Jul-Dec)
• Contract: Permanent
• Purpose: To operate and monitor production equipment as per the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to achieve product that is within internal and external specifications.

1 x Temp to Perm Operative (Band A – Full time):

• Shift: Late Shift
• Pay: £12.05/hr. + 7.5% Shift Allowance
• Hours: 40 per week (Jul-Dec)
• Contract: Permanent
• Purpose: To operate and monitor production equipment as per the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to achieve product that is within internal and external specifications.

Essential for Band B and C roles:

Functional (Basic) Math’s – Level 2

• Functional English Skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) – Level 2)
• Manual Handling
• Food Hygiene – Level 2.
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift Certificate (relevant to area of work and job role)

Reports to: Line Leader/Supervisor/Manager/Production Line Leader (depending on each Role).
