Careers specialist Frontline Recruitment has made two senior promotions on the back of a record year for the company, which has offices in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Mansfield, Hull and Weymouth.
From 1 January 2019, Lauren Allen and Karen Barker will be taking up new positions as Regional Business Directors.
Lauren steps up from Business Manager in the firm’s Nottingham office having spent nine and half years with Frontline, while Karen is promoted from Branch Manager in Derby. She has been with Frontline for six and a half years.
The news comes as Frontline enjoys it best-ever year, with turnover rising 25% – breaking through the £15m barrier – and staff numbers rising by 23%.
