Frontline Recruitment Derby is currently recruiting a hands-on Team Leader for our exclusive client based in Heanor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading by example and supporting a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a small warehouse team
• Order picking and packing
• Loading and unloading goods
• Ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently
• Operating a counterbalance FLT (desirable, but not essential)

Shift Details:

• Day shift 8:00-16:30
• Monday to Friday

About You:

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in a similar role
• Strong warehouse background with hands-on experience
• Confident mentoring and supporting team members
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred but not essential
