Frontline Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing branch operation in Nottingham. As part of this role, you will not only manage multiple client accounts but also oversee temporary workforce operations while ensuring exceptional service delivery across all areas of the business.
Furthermore, you will become a key point
of contact for both clients and candidates. Therefore, the successful candidate must be confident building relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high operational standards at all times. In addition, you will play a vital role in supporting account growth, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing multiple client accounts across various sectors
- Acting as the main point of contact for all client and candidate enquiries
- Ensuring 100% fulfilment across all client requirements
- Maintaining 100% compliance in line with company procedures and legal requirements
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, candidates, and temporary workers
- Managing workforce planning, bookings, shift changes, and attendance
- Conducting regular client visits and service review meetings
- Supporting candidate onboarding, inductions, and welfare checks
- Working closely with recruitment teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Additionally, identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen existing accounts
- Participating in a rotating on-call system outside standard working hours

- Previous experience within recruitment, account management, workforce planning, or staffing operations

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence working across multiple systems and platforms
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Availability to participate in a rotating on-call system
