ROLE: Recruitment Consultant
LOCATION: Leicester
HOURS: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
SALARY: £23,900 per annum
WEEKENDS: Every second weekend

Frontline Recruitment is looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.

THE ROLE

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and/or permanent roles
• Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and workers
• Managing daily bookings, fulfilment, and workforce planning
• Ensuring compliance with Right to Work and internal procedures
• Supporting operational delivery during afternoon and evening shifts

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous recruitment or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
• Flexibility to work 6am–2pm shifts (Mon-Fri) and every second weekend
