ROLE: Quality Controller
LOCATION: Leicester, LE4
HOURS: Rotating shifts – AM one week, PM the next
PAY: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing food manufacturing business based in Leicester (LE4), who is looking to expand their team with experienced Quality Controllers to support continued growth and uphold high standards across production.

THE ROLE

• Carry out quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Ensure products meet company specifications and food safety standards
• Accurately complete quality assurance documentation and reports
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with food safety protocols
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the food industry is essential
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Reliable, committed, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and confidence in reporting quality concerns
• Flexibility to work rotating AM/PM shifts
