Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum

Frontline Recruitment is working with a leading food manufacturing company in Leicester (LE4) to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Food Quality Assurance to support their quality assurance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and inspections across the production process to ensure compliance with company standards
• Monitor product specifications, labelling, and packaging to meet regulatory requirements
• Report and escalate any quality issues, implementing corrective actions as required
• Maintain accurate records of testing and inspections in line with company policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality team

Requirements

• Previous experience in food quality is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
