We are recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a leading manufacturer of aluminum windows and doors based in Derby.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee window and door production.
• Supervise a team of 5 staff
• Manage production schedules.
• Ensure deadlines are met.
• Carry out quality checks.
• Liaise with production and sales teams.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Resolve production issues.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Hands-on approach.
• CNC experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (40 hours per week)
