Are you an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant looking for more freedom, better earning potential and the opportunity to develop a national desk?

We’re looking for an ambitious recruiter to join our Chesterfield team and help grow our permanent recruitment business across the UK.

This is an opportunity to take ownership.

You’ll have the freedom to develop client relationships nationally, identify new opportunities, recruit great candidates and build a desk that you can genuinely be proud of.

THE ROLE

You’ll manage the full permanent recruitment process from business development through to placement.

That includes:

• Developing new clients across the UK
• Building and managing your own national client portfolio
• Identifying permanent recruitment opportunities
• Taking detailed job briefs
• Sourcing and headhunting candidates
• Managing candidate interviews and shortlists
• Negotiating offers and fees
• Developing repeat business from existing clients
• Building long-term relationships rather than chasing one-off placements
• Managing your own pipeline, activity and revenue
• Taking ownership of the growth of your desk

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN SELL

Recruitment experience is important, but so is commercial instinct.

We want someone who enjoys picking up the phone, opening doors and turning conversations into opportunities.

You’ll be:
