Job Title: Parcel Sorter/Loader
Location: Leicester, LE3
Hours: 8am – 4pm or 4pm – midnight / 5 out of 7 days
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Frontline Recruitment is working with a logistics and distribution company in Leicester (LE3) to recruit dependable Parcel Sorters/Loaders to support their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently
• Manually handle goods and move parcels across the warehouse and yard
• Assist dispatch and warehouse teams with accurate stock movement
• Work to daily deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace in line with health & safety policies

Requirements

• Experience in loading/offloading, warehousing or manual handling is desirable but not essential
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, manual role
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
