JOB TITLE: Loft Installer
LOCATION: Leicester
HOURS: Monday to Friday
PAY: £120–£130 per day

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client — one of the UK’s longest-standing and top-rated loft boarding companies — who are looking for a skilled Loft Installer to join their growing team.

You’ll play a key role in helping homeowners make the most of their loft space by installing safe and secure storage solutions, from loft boarding and ladders to hatches and insulation.

THE ROLE

• Conduct customer surveys and provide accurate quotes
• Install loft boarding, loft ladders, hatches, and insulation to a high standard
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality standards
• Communicate effectively with management and customers throughout the process

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in joinery, carpentry, or property maintenance
• NVQ or relevant trade qualification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
• Willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve
