ROLE: Hygiene Operative
LOCATION: Leicester, LE4
HOURS: Start times between 4:30am – 10:00am (8-hour shifts)
PAY: £12.21

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established food manufacturing company based in Leicester (LE4), who is looking to strengthen its Hygiene team with experienced and dedicated Hygiene Operatives.

THE ROLE

• Carry out deep cleaning of production areas, equipment, and machinery to ensure food safety standards are met
• Follow strict hygiene procedures and schedules
• Accurately complete hygiene records and checklists
• Work alongside production and quality teams to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Ensure all cleaning chemicals and tools are used safely and correctly
• Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working in a hygiene department within the food industry is essential
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role and in chilled/wet environments
• Must be flexible with start times between 4:30am and 10:00am
• Able to commit to 8-hour shifts and weekend work if required
• Strong understanding of hygiene and safety practices
• Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
