General Operative

An established and expanding company is relocating its operations to site in Northampton (NN7) and is looking to build a reliable team of General Operatives to support this exciting move.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications
• Load and unload deliveries
• Replenish stock and keep records up to date
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse
• Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times

Skills

• Reliable and committed, with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with manual and physically active work
• Able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
