What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with the General Manager to keep everything running smoothly day to day — from customer service to admin operations — while building a motivated, high-performing team around you.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be right in the middle of the action, spotting opportunities to improve how things are done, supporting your team, and making sure targets and KPIs are not just met, but exceeded.

Keeping operations running smoothly
You’ll oversee the day-to-day customer service and admin activity, making sure everything is organised, efficient, and working as it should. From managing supplier communication to keeping systems and processes on track, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps things moving.
You’ll also make sure the working environment is professional, compliant, and safe — and always look for ways to improve how things are done to create a better experience for both customers and the team.
Leading and developing your team
A big part of this role is your people.
You’ll lead, coach, and support a team of customer service and admin colleagues — helping them grow, improve, and feel motivated in their roles. Whether it’s regular 1:1s, monthly reviews, or day-to-day guidance, you’ll play a key role in bringing out the best in your team.
You’ll also support the General Manager with things like recruitment, development, and overall team management — and step up to run the site when needed.
Driving performance and KPIs
Do you enjoy working with data and seeing the impact of your actions, you’ll love this part.
You’ll be responsible for tracking performance, analysing KPI reports, and spotting trends or areas for improvement. From there, you’ll put plans in place to boost productivity, improve service levels, and keep everything moving in the right direction.
Keeping things accurate and on track financially
You’ll also have oversight of the admin and financial side — making sure processes are followed, payments are managed correctly, and everything is accurate and compliant.

- Has experience leading a customer service or admin team
- Is confident managing performance, KPIs, and targets
- Enjoys developing people and building a strong team culture
- Is organised, proactive, and naturally solution-focused
- Communicates well and leads with a hands-on approach
- Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in doing things properly
