• Pay increase: £13.26 per hour after 12 weeks

Shift Patterns

Day Shift

Monday to Friday 06:00 – 18:00

Night Shift

Sunday to Thursday 18:00 – 06:00

The Role

As a Bakery Operative, you will play an important role in the production of high-quality bakery products while helping to maintain excellent standards of food safety, quality and hygiene.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Producing and packing bakery products
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Carrying out quality checks
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Supporting the production team to meet daily production targets

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking candidates who have:

• At least 1 year of food production experience
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts
• The ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting
• Good reliability and punctuality
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
