Derby County Community Trust are very pleased to announce a new sponsor for its Under 9s TIPs team, Frontline Recruitment.

The Talent Identification Programme (TIPs) is a football development programme which provides opportunities for 5-12 year olds to benefit from advanced coaching and to develop within the Derby County player pathway where applicable.

It allows young players to compete in an Elite Game Programme and play other clubs in both the Premier League and Football League, including Stoke City, West Bromwich Albion, Leicester City, Shrewsbury Town and Cardiff City, allowing players the opportunity to experience playing within a competitive environment.

Frontline Recruitment has been supplying recruitment services to commerce and industry for over twenty years, providing the link between great candidates and great employers.

David Essam, Operations Director of Frontline Recruitment said: “We are very proud to be working in partnership with the Derby County Community Trust TIPS programme. We hope to develop the partnership further in order to benefit those involved in the programme they deliver.”

Sam Howard, Derby County Community Trust TIPS Co-ordinator said: “We are extremely delighted and grateful to Frontline Recruitment for their sponsorship of the TIPS Under 9’s match kits. This allows the players representing the programme to look very presentable and professional during fixtures and tournaments.”
