Remote Multilingual Customer Service & Data Collection Agent – Work From Home

English, Spanish & Portuguese Speakers Required

Frontline Recruitment is looking for confident, experienced multilingual Call Handlers / Data Collection Agents to join a fully remote team.

If you’re great on the phone, have a good eye for detail and speak English, Spanish AND Portuguese fluently, we’d love to hear from you.

What’s the job?

You’ll be making outbound calls to businesses in the UK and overseas on behalf of funding clients.

This isn’t cold calling or hard selling.

Your calls will have a clear purpose: speaking with businesses, asking straightforward questions and checking that the information held about them is correct.

You’ll work from home using a dialler system, with clear tasks and daily targets.

What you’ll be doing

• Making outbound business-to-business calls
• Speaking with UK and international businesses
• Checking and verifying business information
• Accurately recording the information you collect
• Completing structured daily calling tasks
• Keeping clear and accurate records
• Working independently from home

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in call handling, telesales, customer service, contact centres, data collection or data entry would be ideal.

You’ll need to be:

• Fluent in English, Spanish AND Portuguese
• Confident and professional on the telephone
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Friendly, clear and confident when speaking with businesses
• Accurate with data and record keeping
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and happy working independently from home
• Able to work efficiently and meet daily targets

The opportunity

This position starts as a 12-week temporary contract, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for successful candidates.
