Frontline Recruitment Derby Ltd is recruiting experienced Bakery Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing site producing high-quality bakery products.

Pay:

• £12.76 per hour
• Increasing to £13.26 per hour after 12 weeks
• Enhanced overtime rates available from week 13

Working hours:

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 18:00

Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00

As a Bakery Operative, you will be responsible for producing, packing, and handling bakery products while ensuring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained at all times. Duties include operating machinery, carrying out quality checks, maintaining a clean and organised work area, and supporting the production team to meet daily targets. This role involves working in a warm production environment around industrial ovens and may include manual handling and heavy lifting, including lifting and moving bakery trays.

Applicants must have at least one year of food production experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should be comfortable working in a hot environment, carrying out manual handling tasks, and committed to maintaining high standards in a food manufacturing environment.
