Contract to start 11th May, 2026 – TTP opportunities for high performers!

Our client is a long established planting company and requires 5 x drivers to deliver and help assemble planting containers around the UK!

You will buddy up and go out in 2’s delivering containers of flowers to destination routes throughout the UK.

All routes are planned in advance and the driving time is shared between 2 drivers.

Some hand balling is needed to help support the assembly of the containers.

What you will be doing?

• Loading and unloading the van of reasonable weighted containers/displays.
• Supporting the assembly of the containers when required, this may involve holding ladders in a safe manner to ensure the safe erecting of the containers.
• Driving safely a Luton Van sharing the driving time to and from locations.
• Taking responsibility for van checks before and after your journey reporting any issues or concerns.
• Follow the road traffic laws, taking full responsibility of any breaches, fines, etc., avoiding toll routes, etc.
• Portering and advising the driver to and from destination.
• Load the van for the next day.

About you!

• Full UK driving license no more than 6 points.
• Live locally (Derby TC) for pick up or have your own transport.
• Over the age of 21 years for business insurance purposes.
• Reliable and a good time keeper.
• A team player, willing to share the driving.
• Knowledge of traffic laws/regulations, taking full responsibility for your own safe driving and that of your colleagues.
• Available to start 11th May.

Salary: £12.71 ph with attendance allowance of 29p per week for all drivers (£13 ph) payable 1 week in arrears.

Starting time: 5 pm approx (subject to any changes due to any change in route planning)

Pick up Available from Derby Town Centre, although parking of your own vehicle is available on Site.
