Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. Duties

• Operate and monitor production machinery, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Assist with assembly of components using hand tools and power tools
• Conduct routine inspections of products and equipment to ensure quality standards are met
• Support the organisation of materials within the warehouse or production area
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as required
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow detailed work instructions and record production data accurately

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is advantageous
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks within the production process
