This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join a dynamic team and play a key role in expanding client’s customer base while delivering outstanding service to new and existing clients.

THE ROLE

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across your designated region
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations, promoting product range and tailored promotional solutions
• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure new business and close deals
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates and reports to management
• Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident working independently
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your region
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving targets
