Frontline Recruitment are now taking applications for Production Operatives to work at a Bakery close to the centre of Bridport.

As a Production Operative you will have to be adaptable in order to meet the needs of the business so you could be covering multiple parts of the production process such as packing orders, loading baking trays into industrial ovens and emptying ingredients into industrial mixers. A good general level of fitness is required for these positions.

In regards to working hours we are looking at a very acceptable 8am to 5pm shift, Monday to Friday. This is a 40hr paid week and we pay our workers weekly. You will also accrue holiday pay as you work.
