Frontline Recruitment are seeking to employ a Senior Window Fitter. Approximately 8 – 10 years experience will be preferred.
The successful candidate will head up a team and be covering all aspects of window, door and conservatory installations.
They must have proven experience in the installation of aluminium and uPVC.
They will have excellent finishing skills and attention to detail.
They will need to demonstrate reliability, motivation and problem solving to get the job completed to a high standard.
Our client has an excellent reputation, and their fitting teams play a key role in maintaining this.

About You

The candidate must have a full UK driving license.
You may have to work alone or as part of a team depending on the requirement of the projects.
You should be able to lead, guide and train junior fitters in their development.
You will be well versed in the installation of windows, doors and conservatories supplied in uPVC and aluminium. Finished to an excellent standard.
This is a customer facing role, so a polite and friendly attitude and appearance are essential. You will be required to work in customer’s homes and on new build sites.

Our Offer

We are offering a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary (to be discussed at interview), 28 days holiday and a contributary pension scheme.
5-day week, Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend working if desired.
Full use of a company van for lead fitters.
Training for new products will be provided.
