Frontline Recruitment Weymouth have immediate opportunities for Production Workers to join an extremely busy company who specialise in making various metal-based products for the building industry.

These roles are based at a unique production facility setting just outside Buckland Newton, own transport is essential due to remote location.

Your duties as a Production Worker will range from working on the paint line, effectively lifting and hanging items on a track system before and after treatment, or you could be cutting insulating foam to measurements and then switching to assembly-based duties where you will be using power tools to put the units together.

Applicants will ideally have some previous manufacturing experience but if not, then our client will of course provide full training.

Our client forecast a continuing and growing order book, so these positions do come with the strong potential to become permanent after a successful probation period.

Monday – Thursday 6am – 5pm, with potential overtime on Friday
