Location: Derby, Derbyshire

Salary p/h: £9.13 per hour

Frontline Recruitment, Derby are currently recruiting for an exciting temporary-to-permanent opportunity for an account manager for a prestigious cleaning company based in Derby, Derbyshire.

Job Purpose:

For this role the successful candidate is responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of clients’ sites in Nottingham, Derby, Burton-On-Trent, Leicester and Sheffield areas and establishing and maintaining an excellent relationship with internal/external stakeholders, managing and motivating the staff and cleaning team.

The duties will include:

  • Client relationship account management
  • Managing staff across multiple locations
  • Quality control
  • Stock orders & equipment care
  • Staff training & performance management
  • Managing sickness and holiday cover

Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for the overall cleaning activities of the sites/venues, undertake regular operational reviews on the sites/venues.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with the relevant clients, with regular meetings.
  • Develop detailed operational plans and rosters that will provide the most cost effect and efficient cleaning solution for the client.
  • Ensure all administrative paperwork and reporting is completed. This includes timesheets, incident reports, progress reports, management reporting.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this Account Manager position is a 40 hour week – 5 days over 7 days (will include working weekends). The core hours will be discussed with the successful candidate upon interview however the successful candidate will need to be flexible as the role can include early starts or late finishes due to the nature of the business.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Account Manager role will be flexible, punctual, dedicated and have a professional approach to work, also we are looking for a person who will be available to start work immediately. Experience in cleaning management is preferred but not essential, a problem solver with a fantastic eye for detail is essential. The successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence and have own transport.
