Reception Administrator
Our client is a prestigeous organisation nestled in the heart of Weymouth Town Centre.
They are looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator to join their established team.
The successful candidate must be flexible as intially the role will be 25 hours a week with full time holiday and sickness cover. The hours will increase over time to 37 a week.
The role will involve you meeting and greeting (not at present) visitors to the office.
Directing telephone calls to the right departments.
Taking in deliveries.
General administration.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in reception and general admin (Word and Basic Excel).
You need to be flexible in your approach to work as above.
Have a can do attitude and not afraid of helping out with other tasks if required.
Hours are initially 8:30am to 1:30pm (25 hours)
£9 to £9.50 ph
