My client is an established Chartered Insurance Broker who has been trading for over 3 decades, with offices Midlands wide. Due to my clients  continued success and growth, they are looking for a Personal Lines Account Handler to look after a specific existing account and to help grow our business.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Processing renewals and mid term adjustments for clients for household, travel and motor polices.
• Obtaining new business and cross selling to existing commercial clients.  Assisting clients and our claims team in the initial reporting of claims within the company procedures.
• Liaising with insurers in respect of all Personal Lines policies.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Minimum of 1 year Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office/Excel  (Acturis experience is advantageous).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients over the phone.
• Willing to study Cll qualifications and support will be provided.

WHAT YOU GET

• Monday – Friday (9am – 5:15pm)
