We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual, with recruitment or account management experience, to offer recruitment services and delivery to Frontline Recruitment Groups business partners who require temporary workforce solutions
The Role
• Liaising with Frontline Recruitment business partners to gain understanding of their recruitment requirements.
• Advertising and recruitment of the temp workforce
• Matching candidates to job specifications and contacting them to pitch relevant positions. Our moto is The RIGHT people at the RIGHT time at the RIGHT value
• Managing your recruited candidate’s performance daily and weekly to ensure that the clients and contractors are consistently satisfied. Can your candidate do it, can your candidate get there, and does your candidate want to do it?
• Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
• Ensuring that all are contracts are compliant covering AWR, Ethical, REC etc
The Package
• £17,550 – £22,000 + commensurate to skills and experience
• APPRENTICE roles also available (Package in line with apprentice guidelines)

Our Ideal Candidate
• Recruitment, Account Management or Customer Service experience with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and candidates developing these in to long standing business relationships.
• Ability to accurately match candidates to job vacancies through accurate skill identification.
• Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates.
• Ability to identify problems and ensure that corrective action planning is put in place.
• Strong administration skills
