Frontline Recruitment Weymouth is marking a decade since it opened its office – and is putting its success down to the ability to build long-term relationships with the local community.

Frontline’s Weymouth office is headed up by Business Manager Karen Wisbey, who says “the recruitment industry has come full circle since she joined the company seven years ago.”

She said: “Recruitment is a candidate-driven market – as it was a decade ago.  We have had to re-educate some of our clients to move quickly on good hires or potentially lose them to another employer. Covid has also changed the mindset of both clients and candidates and we have been successful in embracing change and offering that flexibility.”

Karen said that “she is most proud of the respect that Frontline has gained over the last 10 years.”

She added: “We’ve worked really hard to gain the trust of the local marketplace – both candidates and clients. We take pride in offering an unrivalled service where we promote honesty and integrity. We’ve built this trust and gained some wonderful clients who have become Frontline friends over the years.”

“Having worked in recruitment for over 18 years you learn that establishing good relationships and offering a quality service to both client and candidate gains you the respect. We have been through a lot over these past few years and Frontline’s head office has always supported us wholeheartedly.”

Karen is now looking to the future – after celebrating with an office party with food and a few drinks, of course! She added: “I enjoy working for a forward thinking recruitment agency where you can make a difference and have the ability not to be governed by KPIs, but focusing on the important things such as support, ongoing training, embracing technology and competitive salaries, bonuses and benefits.”
