Cutting & Sewing Team Leader: Long Eaton

Pay rate: £6.50 per hour

You will need production experience, ideally in a supervisory role. Main duties will be to provide support to the Manufacturing manager on a daily basis and to be responsible for the training of new employees. Ensure that all KPI s are met and carry out staff performance reviews. Ensure that all production targets are met and that health and safety standards are also being maintained. You will also need experience of cutting and sewing material due the nature of the company. Temporary for 13 weeks then becoming permanent. Excellent rates of pay depending on experience.
