Recruitment specialist Frontline Recruitment is on course for further growth after making a six-figure investment.

The company, which has offices in Derby, Leicester, Mansfield, Nottingham, Weymouth and Hull has made the investment in a new ‘best-in-class’ recruitment CRM system that will allow Frontline staff to access a new central hub.

The hub will give access to vital information on assignments, contacts, candidates and clients.

David Essam, General Manager at Frontline Recruitment, said: “This a real step forward for Frontline. It will bring huge benefits for our consultants, clients candidates and accounts and management teams and puts Frontline at the front of market-leading recruitment technology.

“The new system is the best of the best which puts Frontline way ahead of our competitors. Not only are the benefits massive for our clients, candidates and internal staff, our new system allows us to ensure we are fully compliant and more with the new GDPR, Agency worker Regulations (AWR), Working Time Directive (WTD) and much more. Our clients are already seeing the benefits.”

The news comes as Frontline continues to expand its workforce. The company has hired Recruitment Consultant Becky Minion, who is joined in the Derby office by Kira Williams, Intern Consultant, Nicole Banks, Account Manager and Lauren Gouveia, Payroll Administrator.

In Nottingham Keith Grundle joins as Permanent Consultant.

In Mansfield, Frontline has hired Carla Hill as Business Development Consultant.

Meanwhile, in Leicester Tyler Boyce joins as Business Development Consultant, while Magdalena Obraczka joins as Account Manager.

The new starts take staff numbers across the company to 44 with another three hires to follow in early May.

David continues: “Our new recruitment professionals join us at a very exciting time for the company. This new investment will transform the way they carry out their jobs, service our clients and create jobs for candidates. I wish them all the best in their new careers.”
