Quality Engineer : Leicester

Global market leading engineering company requires a Quality Engineer to assist in maintaining high quality processes and products and aiding improvement to current systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a multinational company with excellent potential for progression and the opportunity to build a lasting career. You will be responsible for audits against ISO9001 and AS9100 including both internal and external customer adverts, developing the company QMS to a high standard, leading quality investigations using 8D’s, 5WHY’s etc, liaising with production, engineers and customers to resolve quality issues and first article and end of line inspection. In return you will be rewarded with a basic of up to 35k dependent on experience as well as all the benefits that come with working for such a large company. Requirements for the role include: • An HNC level engineering qualification or higher • Experience within manufacturing in a quality environment • Experience of working within the aerospace or subsea sector • Ability to communicate with all levels from shop floor to director • Having self motivation and the desire to further your career • Excellent computer skills • Proven analytical and problem solving skills Only candidates that match the outlined criteria should expect a response.
