Supervisor - POS Manufacture: Leicester

Our client is seeking two supervisors to run their existing team, they would like them to have both collation and supervisory experience in P.O.S and if they have experience of card construction even better although for the right candidate we would be prepared to give them some training, they need good organisational & communication skills and be self-motivated as this is a hands on role (this is not an office based supervisory role) Standard hours are 37.5 per week although as stated at the meeting some over time will be required when busy i.e. 1 week in every 4 with the odd Saturday if needed, so candidate needs to be flexible. Paid holidays are 23 days per year plus bank holidays, pay would be £7.50 ph. to start rising to £8.00 after a short trial period. Over time is paid after 37.5 hrs at time and a third Mon to Sat and Sun is time and a half Please only apply if you match the criteria.
